Saziati was born to address a common need:

Saziati's philosophy is based on three key principles: sustainability, which lies at the core and is reflected primarily in the choice of seasonal, high-quality local ingredients; craftsmanship, where tradition is combined with modern tools to create authentic dishes; and finally, zero waste goal, this is made possible by maximizing the use of each ingredient, employing efficient production methods, and using vacuum-sealed single portions, which help cut food waste by up to 50%
This approach is reflected in seasonal menus that change every 3 to 4 months, complemented by weekly specials. The variety of the menu meets diverse dietary needs while keeping at the same time high standard of quality. The vacuum-sealed packaging allows the dishes to be stored in the fridge for 1 to 3 weeks, giving customers maximum flexibility
