Each dish is made to order using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients.

Home Delivery

Deliveries are made on Mondays and Saturdays between 10.00 and 13.00 and 16.30 and 18.30 and on Fridays from 16.30 to 18.30.

Easly stored 

Dishes can be stored in the refrigerator for anywhere from a week to three weeks, or frozen for a longer period. Just heat them up, and they’re ready to eat!

Founded and owned by Chef Pietro Lisi

Chef Pietro began his journey in the culinary world over ten years ago, during which he had the opportunity to work on numerous interesting projects.

He contributed to the growth of two Roman restaurants, now well-known for their traditional and sustainable cuisine.

He has been involved in the startup of several ventures in the restaurant industry and enhanced his professional experience with a period abroad, bringing Mediterranean and Roman traditions to the English countryside.

Over time, his experience has allowed him to collaborate on exclusive events with major international brands like Dior, Bulgari, and Stellantis, as well as with several embassies.

At the beginning of this year, he earned a Master’s degree in Food and Beverage Management, further refining his skills.

In every dish he creates, it is clear that the focus is on quality ingredients and delivering a product that is healthy, high-quality, and suitable for everyday enjoyment.

Chef Pietro's most recent project, Saziati, embodies this philosophy.
