How does it work?

1) Pick your dishes:

Choose the dishes you want for the week. You can select a single dish or a combination of different dishes, according to your preferences and need

2) Chef Pierto prepares them for you:

Each dish is made to order using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients.

packaged in single, vacuum-sealed portions to preserve freshness and taste.

3) Home Delivery:

Orders must be placed within 48 hours of the delivery time slot.

For example, for Monday delivery between 10:30am - 1:30pm, you must order by 10:30am on Saturday. For the 4:30pm - 6:30pm time slot, you must order by 4:30pm on Saturday.

4) Storage and Use: The dishes can be kept in the refrigerator for one to three weeks or frozen for a longer duration. Just heat them up, and they're ready to enjoy!

5) Enjoy Your Meals: Whether you're at the office or at home, you can enjoy fresh and delicious meals without the need to cook every day.

I want to place an order, but it says "Not accepting orders". What should I do?

If you see the message "Not accepting orders", it is an error! Contact me via chat or the "Contact us" button and we will help you right away.

Does Saziati also does events and private dining?

Yes! Just leave your details on our Contact Us page, or message directly on WhatsApp using the button on the “Saziati's Dishes” page or simply use the chat. I’ll do my best to make it happen!

How the Delivery works?

Deliveries are currently only made in Rome within the GRA, on Mondays and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm, on Wednesdays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, and on Fridays from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm

When Should I Place My Order?

Orders must be placed within 48 hours of the delivery time slot.

What are the available payment methods?

In addition to the electronic payment methods that you can find at check out (credit/debit cards) also bank transfers, cash payments and credit card payments upon delivery are possible. For any different payment method, contact me by email or by phone or by using Contact Us page.

For electronic payment We use SumUp, a trusted payment provider, to process all credit card transactions. SumUp is PCI-DSS compliant, which means your payment information is protected by advanced encryption and security.

Why the product availability changes?

Since Saziati is an artisanal kitchen that follows seasonal availability, the menu changes every 3 to 4 months, with new weekly specials introduced every Sunday.

If a dish from the weekly specials is sold out, it won’t be available again during that same week.
If a dish from the seasonal menu is sold out, it will be restocked and available again within 24 to 48 hours.

How do I regenerate the meals?

Most products just need to be reheated. Remove the product from the bag and bring it to the desired temperature using: pan, oven or microwave.
Alternatively, you can immerse the vacuum sealed product in hot water (not boiling!), bring it to the desired temperature and then serve it by removing it from the vacuum sealed bag. Some products still needs the last minutes of cooking, so you are able to choose the cooking level or the method on your own.
In any case, all packages will contain useful information to enjoy the product at its best.

Can I freeze the meals?

Unless otherwise specified, products can be frozen- as they are fresh. But please note that defrosting needs to be done correctly (for our products and as a general tip): It is important to defrost in the fridge for 24 hours to prevent bacterial growth
